By creating an account and using Wealth Gym ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Wealth Gym is a personal financial tracking and social accountability platform. The App provides tools for tracking net worth, managing budgets, setting goals, logging professional effort, and sharing progress with trusted circles. The App does not provide financial advice, recommendations, or directives.
The App is a tracking and educational tool only. All content is informational. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to access another user's data, sharing harmful or offensive content in community features, using the App for any illegal purpose, or attempting to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your financial data is private to you. Community features never expose dollar figures. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the platform's payment provider. You can cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
